自拟灌肠方联合桂枝茯苓丸治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎112例的临床研究

Clinical Study of Self-made Enema Recipe Combined with Guizhi Fuling Pills on 112 Patients with Chronic Nonbacterial Prostatitis

目的:探讨并分析自拟灌肠方联合桂枝茯苓丸对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者的临床效果。方法:选取112例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者作为本实验的研究对象,按着随机的原则将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组56例,其中对照组给予桂枝茯苓丸进行单独治疗;治疗组则在对照组基础之上给予自拟灌肠方进行联合治疗,治疗1个月后对2组的临床治疗效果及相关指标进行比较。结果:对照组有效率为87.50%,治疗组为98.21%,其临床疗效差异具有统计学意义;对照组不良反应发生率为14.29%,治疗组为3.57%,其结果明显低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义;2组患者治疗前后期症候积分均有所下降,其差异具有统计学意义;但治疗组症候积分显著优于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义。结论:自拟灌肠方联合桂枝茯苓丸对CNP患者的临床治疗效果确切,缓解了患者的临床症状,降低了不良反应发生率,值得临床推广及应用。

Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effects of self-made enema prescription combined with Guizhi Fuling pills on patients with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis.Method:112 patients with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis were selected as the research objects of this experiment.According to the principle of randomization,they were divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was given Guizhi Fuling pills for independent treatment The treatment group was given a self-made enema formula for combined treatment on the basis of the control group,and the clinical treatment effects and related indicators of the two groups were compared after 1 month of treatment.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 87.50%,and the treatment group was 98.21%.The difference in clinical efficacy was statistically significant.The adverse reaction rate of the control group was 14.29%,and the treatment group was 3.57%.The results were significantly lower than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant;the symptoms scores of the two groups decreased before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant;but the symptom scores of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:The self-made enema prescription combined with Guizhi Fuling pill has a definite clinical treatment effect on CNP patients,relieves the clinical symptoms of the patients,and reduces the incidence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
