温阳止眩汤结合颈椎提旋扳法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Vertebral Artery Type Cervical Spondylosis with Wenyang Zhixuan Decoction Combined with Cervical Spine Lifting and Pulling

目的:观察温阳止眩汤结合颈椎提旋扳法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的59例椎动脉型颈椎病患者,按照就诊顺序随机分为治疗组30例和对照组29例,治疗组采用温阳止眩汤结合颈椎提旋扳法治疗,对照组采用如意珍宝丸(藏成药)结合颈椎提旋扳法治疗,2组均治疗14d。治疗前后运用视觉模拟量表、NPQ颈痛量表、颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表对患者进行评估比较,并用中医病证诊断疗效标准进行疗效观察。结果:2组治疗后均疼痛减轻、生活质量提高,NPQ颈痛量表评分下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在疼痛和生活质量改善情况上优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为93.3%,显著高于对照组72.4%,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温阳止眩汤结合颈椎提旋扳法能有效减轻椎动脉型颈椎病患者的症状,提高生活质量,其疗效显著优于如意珍宝丸结合颈椎提旋扳法治疗。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wenyang Zhixuan decoction combined with cervical vertebra lifting,rotating and pulling method in the treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.Methods:59 patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylopathy were randomly divided into a treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 29 cases according to the order of treatment.The treatment group was treated with Wenyang Zhixuan decoction combined with cervical vertebra lifting and rotating and pulling method,and the control group was treated with Ruyi Zhenbao Pills (Tibetan patent medicine) combined with cervical spine lifting,rotating and pulling therapy,both groups were treated for 14 days.Before and after treatment,visual analog scale,NPQ neck pain scale,cervical vertigo symptom and function evaluation scale were used to evaluate and compare patients,and the therapeutic effect was observed using TCM disease diagnosis and efficacy criteria.Results:After treatment,both groups had pain relief and improved quality of life.The score of NPQ Neck Pain Scale decreased and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of pain and quality of life improvement,and the difference was significant Statistically significant (P<0.05);the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than 72.4% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Wenyang Zhixuan decoction combined with cervical spine lifting,rotating and pulling method can effectively reduce the symptoms of patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis and improve the quality of life.Its curative effect is significantly better than that of Ruyi Zhenbao Pill combined with cervical spine lifting,rotating and pulling method.
