摘要
新加坡在教师教育领域卓有建树,被誉为“教师专业化成长摇篮”。为应对21世纪教育挑战,新加坡研发了“教师成长模式”,构建了教师教育“三基础四目标五特质”的多棱多面钻石模型。模型以理念、原则与实践为培养基础,以培育21世纪泛能力、21世纪新兴能力、社交与情感能力、核心价值为目标,重点培养道德教育者、专业胜任者、协作学习者、变革型领导者与共同体建设者五类教师特质,强调教师教育的整体性与连续性。“教师成长模式”是新加坡教师教育的典范,蕴含了丰富的教师培养智慧,以此为切入点系统考察新加坡教师教育,有助于洞悉其成功之道,启发我国教师教育教师的培育路向。
Singapore has made great achievements in the field of teacher education,which is known as“the cradle of teacher professional growth”.To cope with the educational challenges in the 21st century,Singapore has developed a“teacher growth model”and constructed a multi-faceted diamond model of“three foundations,four goals,and five characteristics”.The model is based on concepts,principles and practices,and aims to cultivate four levels of student competencies:21st century generic competencies,21st century emerging competencies,social and emotional competencies,and core values,with an emphasis on nurturing five types of teacher traits:ethical educators,competent professionals,collaborative learners,transformational leaders and community builders,emphasizing the holistic and continuous nature of teacher education.The“Teacher Development Model”is a model for teacher education in Singapore,and contains a wealth of wisdom for teacher training.A systematic study of Singapore’s teacher education using this as a starting point will help to understand its success and inspire the direction of teacher education in China.
