The characteristics of the alliance blockchain,such as high transparency,immutability and security sharing,makes it lead to a new trend of the times,and also provides new ideas for universities to construct the platform of scientific data alliance.In this paper,a new model of scientific data alliance service is put forward and the application prospects and challenges are analyzedby combining the characteristics of the alliance chainwith the scientific data service in universities.
