国内外开放获取平台比较分析——以DOAJ与COAJ为例

Comparative Analysis of Domestic and Foreign Open Access Platforms:Taking DOAJ and COAJ as an Example

通过网络和文献调研,从网站界面、期刊学科分布和运作模式三方面对国内外两大开放获取平台——DOAJ和COAJ进行对比分析,探讨开放获取平台发展中存在的问题。对比分析发现,国内COAJ的建设和运行模式存在不足,而国外DOAJ平台的发展日渐成熟,研究DOAJ对COAJ的进一步发展起到启示作用,为我国科技期刊实现开放获取国际化、规范化以及专业化发展提供参考。

Through network and literature research,this papercomparatively analyzes the two major open access platforms DOAJ and COAJat home and abroadfrom the three aspects of website interface,journal discipline distribution and operation mode,and discusses the problems existing in the development of open access platform.Through comparison and analysis,it finds that construction and operation of domestic COAJ mode has some deficiencies,and foreign DOAJ platform’s development has been mature.Studying the DOAJ platform hasan enlightening effect on thethe further development of COAJ,it can provide references for the international,standardized and professional development of open access for Chinese sci-tech journals.
