摘要
液化天然气(LNG)储罐受外界热量影响,在持续生成BOG,环境温度越高,生成的BOG量就越多。BOG的冷能在复温的过程中被浪费,夏季BOG量最多,冷能浪费最严重,而夏季正好是液化厂制冷负荷的最高峰,会出现冷负荷超标而减产的现象。因此,将BOG的冷能用于工艺制冷,可以很好的解决这两个问题。
LNG storage tanks are continuously generating BOG under the influence of external heat.The higher the ambient temperature,the more BOG is generated.In summer,BOG is the most amount,and cold energy is the most serious waste.In summer,it is the highest peak of the cooling load of the liquefaction plant.Therefore,the use of BOG’s cold energy for process refrigeration can solve these two problems well.
