海上油田群电网负荷维稳控制策略的研究与应用 被引量:3

摘要 由于海上石油各平台建设阶段仅考虑单平台运行情况,未考虑各平台组网运行模式,导致目前各平台之间的发电机组型号和性能不尽相同。随着孤岛电站组网的兴起,将发电机统一联网并使之稳定运行成为建设与维护海上油田群电网的重点工作。针对海上电网多类型且功率相差较大的透平机组联网运行严重影响电网负荷稳定的问题,本文提出了对发电机控制模式优化调整并进行自动切换的负荷维稳控制策略,以解决组网运行的安全稳定控制问题,提高电网运行的可靠性。 Due to the construction stage of offshore oil platforms only considering the single platform operation,not considering the networking operation mode of each platform,the current model and performance of the generator set among the platforms are not the same.With the rise of the networking of isolated island power station,the key work of constructing and maintaining the power grid of offshore oil field group is to connect the generators in a unified way and make them operate stably.In view of the problems that the grid load stability is seriously affected by the interconnected operation of turbine units with various types and large power differences in offshore power grid,In order to solve the problem of safety and stability control of network operation and improve the reliability of power grid operation,this paper proposes a load stability control strategy that optimizes and adjusts the control mode of generator and switches automatically.
