摘要
针对渤海油田KL10-1油田群钻井过程中存在的起下钻不畅、憋压、憋扭矩、抬钻具、钻井液粘切上升幅度大等复杂情况和储层保护需要,为进一步提高作业时效,降低钻井液成本,通过技术优化,引入一种泥饼增韧改良剂代替多种降失水材料,并在垦利10-1油田群得到了很好的应用效果,优化后的钻井液各项性能优异,不但能很好的满足钻井液技术要求,使东营组易垮塌地层起下钻得到很好的改善,而且降本增效显著,为渤海油田后续开发提供良好的技术保障。
In view of the complicated conditions and reservoir protection needs existing in the drilling process in KL10-1 oilfield group of Bohai oilfield,such as unsmooth tripping,pressure-holding,torque-holding,drilling tool lifting,large viscosity-shear rise of drilling fluid,etc,in order to further improve the operation efficiency and reduce the cost of drilling fluid,through technical optimization,a mud cake toughening improver was introduced to replace a variety of water-loss materials,it has been applied to KL10-1 oil field group with good results.The optimized drilling fluid has excellent properties,which not only can meet the technical requirements of drilling fluid well,but also can improve the tripping in and out of formations prone to collapse in Dongying formation.,it can reduce costs and increase efficiency significantly,providing good technical support for subsequent operations in Bohai Oilfield..
