摘要
该井沙河街组为异常高压系统,承压实验值应大于4 MPa。在其过程中2次常规堵漏后承压均未能成功,分析原因主要有地层回吐存在裂缝,堵漏材料粒径级配不好,未能起到有效的"架桥"作用,挤入后回吐量大。根据该地层的特点,采用雷特高承压堵漏材料及其工艺进行承压堵漏施工,施工一次成功,堵漏效果显著。本文对雷特高承压堵漏技术在该井在沙河街组地层的成功堵漏实践进行分析,以期对类似地层的堵漏施工提供指导。
Shahejie formation of the well is an abnormal high pressure system,and the pressure test value should be greater than 4 MPa.In the process,the pressure bearing is not successful after two conventional plugging.The main reasons are that there are cracks in the formation backflow,the particle size grading of the plugging material is not good,it fails to play an effective role of "bridging",and the backflow volume is large after extrusion.According to the characteristics of the formation,the construction of pressure plugging is carried out by using the Leite high pressure plugging material and its technology.The construction is successful once and the plugging effect is remarkable.This paper analyzes the successful plugging practice of Leite high pressure plugging technology in Shahejie formation,in order to provide guidance for similar formation plugging construction.
