摘要 矿井通风是煤矿安全生产的必要条件。通风机是井下通风的关键设备,为了保障井下通风良好,往往出现通风机多开现象,造成能源浪费。针对该情况,提出对通风机进行变频改造,以达到在保证井下通风的基础上,降低能耗。通过改造,主通过节省电量约25%,同时还有利于延长风机的使用寿命。 Mine ventilation is a necessary condition for coal mine safety production.The ventilator is the key equipment of underground ventilation.In order to ensure the good ventilation in the underground,there are often many fans open,resulting in energy waste.In view of this situation,it is proposed to carry out frequency conversion transformation on the ventilator,so as to reduce energy consumption on the basis of ensuring underground ventilation.Through the transformation,the main way is to save about 25% of the electricity and extend the service life of the fan.
