上液管线控污组合装置的研制及应用

Development and application of the combination of the sewage control device of the upper liquid pipeline

石油现场泵送工作液时,输出端使用高压管线,输入端多使用橡胶软管线即上液管线。工作时上液管线和水罐车闸门连接。需要换罐时,由于上液管线内存有工作液,易反流落地形成污染。研制一种控污组合装置能有效避免上液管线内存液落地,降低劳动强度,提高工作效率。

When pumping working fluid in oil field,use high pressure pipeline at the output and rubber hose line at the input.During operation,the upper liquid pipeline is connected with the shutter of the tanker.When change tanker,water fluid is easy to flow to the ground and form pollution because there is working fluid in the upper pipeline.Develop a combination of pollution control devices can effectively avoid the landing of liquid in the upper pipeline,reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency.
