堵漏施工中需要使用不同类型不同型号的堵漏材料,有时一次的堵漏配方包含10余种堵漏材料,给现场的堵漏施工带来不便。通过对以前堵漏成功配方中堵漏材料加量的分析总结,优选出热固性塑料树脂片、丙纶纤维、果壳颗粒、甘蔗渣、凝胶颗粒作为一袋化堵漏剂的原料,经过室内研究分析其具有良好的承压堵漏效果。现场应用中,根据漏层特点有针对性地再配合2至3种其他堵漏剂,3次承压堵漏均一次成功,提高了地层承压能力,同时提高了堵漏施工效率,可在其他区块推广应用。

Different types and models of plugging materials are needed in plugging construction.Sometimes,more than ten kinds of plugging materials are included in one plugging formula,which brings inconvenience to plugging construction on site.Through the analysis and summary of the amount of plugging materials in the successful plugging formula,the raw materials of thermosetting resin,polypropylene fiber,apricot shell,bagasse and gel particles were selected as a bag of plugging agent.After laboratory analysis,it has good pressure and plugging effect.In the field application,according to the characteristics of the leakage layer,2 or 3 other plugging agents are targeted,and 3 The success of secondary pressure plugging can improve the pressure bearing capacity of the formation and improve the efficiency of plugging construction,which can be widely used in other blocks.
