党员在社会主义意识形态凝心聚力过程中的主体作用探析

党的十九届四中全会明确指出,要坚持马克思主义在意识形态领域指导地位的根本制度。意识形态工作是党的一项极端重要的工作。西藏是我国重要的边疆民族地区。西藏社会除了面临同全国一样的主要矛盾外,还存在着各族人民同以达赖集团为代表的分裂势力之间的特殊矛盾,做好意识形态工作尤为重要。实践证明并将继续证明,建设具有强大凝聚力和引领力的社会主义意识形态,必须大力发挥党员的主体作用,始终维护和保障好全体党员的权益,引导广大党员明白社会主义意识形态是什么和为什么,引导广大党员切实站稳人民立场,明白“我是谁”“为了谁”“依靠谁”,引导广大党员增强“四个意识”,坚定“四个自信”,坚决做到“两个维护”,引导广大党员积极投身到中华民族伟大复兴中国梦西藏篇章的伟大实践当中去。

Marxism as the guiding principle in social ideology works must be insisted,has been pointed out by the end of the fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee.Social ideology affairs are one of the crucial works of CPC.Tibet Autonomous Region is an important frontier minority area in China,except social primary contradiction,Tibetan people has to fight against separatist forces represented by Dalai Lama.Therefore,good social ideology works must be emphasized in overall social works.It can be found and will continue to prove that communists play a dominate role in establishing a agglomerate and leading social ideology.Party committees and governments and party member himself must protect CPC party members’rights all the time,explain the meaning and goals of social ideology works to all party members,strengthen their party’s faith,guide them to stand for people’s position,enhance their‘Four Consciousness’,improve their‘Four matters of confidence’,adhere‘Two maintenance’,lead all part members to actively participate in the great practice of the Tibetan chapter of Chinese Dream of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
