社区基金会的全球视野与中国路径

Global Vision and Chinese Path of Community Foundation

社区基金会最初诞生于美国,并逐渐向全球扩展。在过去百余年的发展历程中,美国社区基金会深深植根于美国社会的土壤,实现了从捐赠接受方、财务代理人向社区领导者的角色转变,并形成了具有美国特色的社区慈善模式。社区基金会在全球扩展的过程中呈现出银行模式和聚集模式两种典型模式。中国社区基金会在借鉴国际经验的基础上,面向城市社区治理创新的需要,逐渐形成社区服务与社区培育并举的项目运作体系。但总体来看,中国社区基金会的发展仍处于起步阶段,必须进一步扎根中国本土的制度和文化环境,面向中国社区治理的广阔实践,探索出一条具有中国特色的社区基金会发展之路。

The community foundation originated in the United States,and gradually expanded to the world.Over the past 100 years,the American community foundation has been deeply rooted in the soil of American society.It has realized the transformation from the donor-recipient and financial agent to the community leader and formed the community philanthropy model with American characteristics.In the process of global expansion,the community foundation presents two typical models:the banking model and the aggregation model.On the basis of drawing lessons from international experience and facing the need of urban community governance innovation,community foundations in China have gradually formed a project operation system that combines community service and community cultivation.However,generally speaking,the Chinese community foundation is still in its infancy.It must take root in China's local system and cultural environment,and explore a community foundation model with Chinese characteristics for the broad practice of Chinese community governance.
