理念、变化与启示: 新冠肺炎疫情下高校学生工作的三重考量 被引量:14

摘要 新冠肺炎疫情发生以来,高校学生工作遵循“因事而化、因时而进、因势而新”的理念,提高疫情防控的针对性、时效性和实效性。在疫情防控中,高校学生工作模式也发生了新的转变:在意识上强化“在危机中育新机”的观念,在管理方式上从科层化转向扁平化,在工作空间上从物理空间为主转向虚拟空间,在手段方法上从抓重点转向精准化,在功能任务上更加凸显服务育人。这种转变为高校学生工作在应对相似公共突发事件时提供路径参考,同时给疫情防控常态化后的高校学生工作以启示:“智慧学工”的建设更加迫切,高校学生工作重点与边界的厘清更加必要,面对面的教育更加“有温度”,“精准”教育服务的定位更加明确,以及线上和线下教育的联动更加紧密。 Since the outbreak of COVID-19,the work of college students has followed the concept of adapting to the situation,advancing with the times,and innovating according to the situation",so as to improve the pertinence,timeliness and effectiveness of epidemic prevention and control.In the process of epidemic prevention and control,new changes have taken place in the work of college students:strengthening the concept of“cultivating new opportunities in crisis”in consciousness,shifting from bureaucratic management to flattening management,shifting from physical space to virtual space in work space,shifting from focusing on key points to precision in means and methods,and highlighting service education in terms of function and task.This transformation provides a path reference for college students'work in dealing with similar public emergencies,and gives enlightenment to the work of college students after the normalization of epidemic prevention and control:"the construction of smart workers"is more urgent,the focus and boundary of College Students’work is more necessary,face-to-face education is more“warm”,and the positioning of“accurate”education service is more clear and the linkage between online and offline education should be closer.
