Study on the Net Energy and Metabolic Energy of Growth in Arctic Fox(Alopex lagopus) During 85~145 Day-ages

摘要 为了研究85~145日龄北极狐的生长净能和生长代谢能。该研究通过饲养试验和比较屠宰试验,选择16只85日龄、平均体重(3198±281)g的健康雄性北极狐,其中6只用作初期屠宰试验对照,另外10只饲喂同种饲粮并自由采食后,在试验末期全部屠宰,分别获取毛皮和胴体用来评定能量沉积。该试验中北极狐的预饲期为7 d,正式期为53 d。结果显示,85~145日龄北极狐生长净能为1019.06 kJ/(kgBW0.75·d),其中用于毛皮生长的净能为504.76 kJ/(kgBW0.75·d),用于胴体生长的净能为514.30 kJ/(kgBW0.75·d);生长代谢能为1077.23 kJ/(kgBW0.75·d)。该研究将为我国北极狐营养标准制定及狐饲料精准配制提供科学依据。 To study the net energy and metabolic energy for the growth in arctic fox during 85~145 day-ages,16 healthy 85 day-age male arctic foxes with the average weight of(3198±281)g were selected through feeding test and comparative slaughter test.6 of which were used as the control of the preliminary slaughter test,and the other 10 were fed with the same diet.At the end of the test,all foxes were slaughtered to obtain fur and carcass for energy deposition assessment.The pre-feeding period was 7 d and the formal test period was 53 d.The net energy for growth in arctic fox was 1019.06 kJ/(kgBW0.75·d),in which the net energy for fur growth was 504.76 kJ/(kgBW0.75·d)and the net energy for carcass growth was 514.30 kJ/(kgBW0.75·d).Themetabolic energy of growth was 1077.23 kJ/(kgBW0.75·d).The research provided the scientific basis for the establishment of the nutrition standard of arctic fox and the accurate preparation of arctic fox's feed in China.
