半夏化学成分及药理作用研究进展

Research Progress on Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Activities of Pinellia ternata

半夏使用历史久远,早在汉代的《神农本草经》中就记录有半夏的使用方法。半夏中主要化学成分包括生物碱类、脑苷脂类、甾醇类、芳香酸类、脂肪酸及酯类、多糖、挥发油、氨基酸、半夏蛋白和无机元素等,具有祛痰镇咳、抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗溃疡及抗早孕等药理作用。该文对半夏的化学成分及药理作用进行阐述,为进一步研究开发和合理利用半夏资源提供理论依据。

The use of Pinellia ternata has a long history, as early as the Han Dynasty "Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing" records.The main chemical components of Pinellia ternata include alkaloids, cerebrosides, sterols, aromatic acids, fatty acids and esters, polysaccharides, volatile oils,amino acids, Pinellia ternata protein, inorganic elements, etc.It has expectorant and antitussive, anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, anti-ulcer,anti-pregnancy and other pharmacological effects.In this paper, the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Pinellia ternata were reviewed, which would provede basis for further research, development and rational application of Pinellia ternata.
