水貂生长性状相关基因的分子遗传标记研究进展

摘要 分子遗传标记技术是以物种突变造成DNA片段长度多态性为基础的,可以直接探测DNA水平差异,不受时间和空间限制,具有标记数量丰富、多态性高的优点。它突破了形态和细胞水平上遗传标记的局限性,发挥着独特的优势,可大大提高育种的效率和准确性。大量研究表明分子遗传标记技术可应用于家畜生长性状相关基因的筛选并进行群体的育种工作。水貂作为一种珍贵的特种经济动物,具有重要的经济价值,当前应用分子遗传标记技术对水貂进行分子育种已成为热点。本文综述了水貂生长性状相关基因的分子遗传标记研究进展,可为分子遗传标记技术在水貂育种中的应用提供参考。 Molecular genetic marker technology is based on DNAfragment length polymorphismcaused by species mutation.It can directly detect the differences of DNA level and it is not limited by time and space.It has the advantages of abundant markers and high polymorphism.It breaks through the limitations of genetic markers at morphological and cellular leverls,and plays an unique advantage,which can greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of breeding.A large number of studies have shown that molecular genetic marker technology can be applied to the screening of the growth traits related genes and population breeding.Mink,as a precious special economic animal,has important economic value.At present,molecular breeding of mink using molecular genetic marker technology has become a hot spot.This paper reviewed the research progress of molecular genetic markers of mink growth trait related genes,and provided a reference for the application of molecular genetic marker technology in mink breeding.
