油田地面工程电气设计要点的国内外标准分析

海外油田地面工程电气设计除了依据招标文件技术要求外,比较通用的技术规定还可参考IEC、IEEE、API、NFPA这些规范和一些国际知名油气公司的内部技术文件。本文结合公司在中东、非洲的一些油田地面工程项目,对常用的油田地面工程电气设计涉及的国际标准和中国的国家及行业标准进行总结,对电气设计要点所依据的国内外标准规范条文进行归纳,对国内外规范有显著差异的技术规定进行说明,供海外油田地面工程电气设计参考。

In addition to the technical requirements of bidding documents,the electrical design of overseas oilfield surface engineering can also refer to IEC,IEEE,API,NFPA and the internal technical documents of some famous intonation oil companies.Combined with middle east and africa oil field surface engineering experiences,this paper summarizes the normally used international and China's national&industrial standards involved in the oilfield surface engineering electrical design,summarizes relevant technical specifications in international and China's national&industrial standards,and illustates the technical provisions with significant differences,which can be referred for overseas oilfield surface engineering electrical design.
