摘要
波纹补偿器在石油化工、冶金及电力等领域管道输送上的使用越来越普遍,提出了一种基于LabVIEW的波纹补偿器无线监测系统方案,该系统采用压力传感器、位移传感器、温度传感器对管道系统中各波纹补偿器的相关参数进行采集,通过无线网络把采集到的数据发送到主机进行转换处理后将数据显示在LabVIEW界面上。本系统使工作人员能够实时对波纹补偿器的工作状态进行监测,当数据发生异常时能够及时发出警报提醒工作人员进行维修,有效避免因波纹补偿器失效引发的事故,具有一定的实用价值。
The application of Bellows compensation in pipeline transportation in fields such as petrochemicals,metallurgy and electric power is becoming more and more popular.This paper presents a LabVIEW based Bellows compensation wireless monitoring system scheme.The system adopts the pressure sensors,displacement sensors and temperature sensors to collect relevant parameters of each Bellows compensation in the pipeline system,and the collected data will be sent to the host computer through the wireless network to be displayed on the LabVIEW interface after converted.This system can help the staff monitor the working status of the Bellows compensation in real time and remind the staff to maintain in time when an error occurs in the data,thereby effectively improving the production safety factor and effectively avoiding accidents caused by the failure of Bellows compensation,it has a certain practical value.
