摘要
为了测量往复泵液力端泵阀的故障状态,设计出一种往复泵泵阀故障诊断系统。针对系统选取合适的测量仪器,测取原始故障特征信号,对故障特征信号进行滤波、光滑处理后提取有效的故障特征信号,绘制出往复泵的实际示功工图,并分析不同故障下示功图的变化规律。将往复泵吸入阀、排出阀、以及两阀同时发生漏失情况下的示功图与正常工况条件下的往复泵示功图进行对比,得出当吸入阀发生漏失时示功图加载线变缓,排出阀发生泄漏时示功图卸载线变缓,两阀同时发生漏失时示功图加载线、卸载线均变缓,证明了该系统的合理性。
A fault diagnosis system is designed in this paper which is used to measure the fault state of the reciprocating pump's hydraulic end valve.Select suitable measuring instruments for the system and measure the original fault characteristic signal,after filtering and smoothing the fault characteristic signals,the effective fault characteristic signal is extracted,and the actual work diagram of the reciprocating pump is drawn,the change rule of indicator diagram under different faults is also analyzed.Comparing the indicator diagram of the reciprocating under faultcondition that the suction valve,the discharge valve and the two valves simultaneously are lost and that under the normal condition,it is concluded that the load line of the indicator diagram is slow when the suction valve leakage occurs,the unloading line of the indicator diagram slows down when the discharge valve leaks,and the load line and the unloading line of the indicator diagram are slowed down while the two valves are lost at the same time,which proves the rationality of the system.
