切削速度对钛合金切屑形貌和剪切带的影响研究 被引量:9

摘要 钛合金TC4是一种难加工材料,在切削速度不高时容易形成锯齿形切屑。利用AdvantEdge模拟钛合金TC4切屑的形成过程,研究切削速度对切屑形貌和剪切带的影响。仿真结果表明:随着切削速度的增加,切削力先快速增加,而后平稳在一定水平上,随着速度的增加又快速变大。产生的切屑均为锯齿状切屑,随着速度的增加,锯齿形切屑的锯齿化程度增加,锯齿化频率也增加。剪切带的宽度、温度、应变率、滑移速度随切削速度的增加而非线性增加,剪切带内的应力随速度的增加先减少再变大。 Titanium alloy TC4 is a difficult-to-machine material that easily forms serrated chips when the cutting speed is not high.In this paper,AdvantEdge was used to simulate the formation of titanium alloy TC4 chips,and the influence of cutting speed on chip morphology and shear band was studied.The simulation results show that with the increase of cutting speed,the cutting force increases rapidly first,and then stabilizes at a certain level,and then increases rapidly with the increase of speed.The generated chips are jagged chips,and as the speed increases,the degree of sawtoothing of the saw-toothed chips increases,and the frequency of zigzag increases.The width,temperature,strain rate and slip speed of the shear band increase nonlinearly with the increase of the cutting speed,and the stress in the shear band decreases first and then increases with the increase of the speed.
