摘要
随着医疗和健康管理的发展,便携式、植入式医用微型电子设备应用越来越广泛。然而,难以持续的供能问题是制约其快速发展的重要因素。为解决传统的供能弊端,医用压电自供能研究得到了学者的广泛重视。通过压电俘能器可将转化人体动能(包括自主和非自主运动)为电能,为可穿戴、植入式医用电子设备供电。鉴于此,对压电俘能技术在医疗领域中的研究现状和发展趋势进行了总结分析。为促进自供能便携式和植入式医用设备的发展,高性能柔性压电材料、低频重载荷俘能器、低频微型俘能器和稳定高效电路系统的研究是今后的主要发展方向。
With the development of medical and health management,portable and implantable medical micro-electronic equipment is widely used.However,unsustainable energy supply of traditional energy is one of the most important factors that restrict rapid development.In order to solve the problem,the research of medical self-powered technology based on piezoelectric energy harvesting has been widely studied.Piezoelectric energy harvester(PEH)can convert human kinetic energy(including autonomous and non-autonomous motion)into electric energy and power for the wearable and implantable medical electronic equipment.In view of this,the research status and development trend of medical piezoelectric energy harvesting are summarized and analyzed.In order to promote the development of self-powered portable and implantable medical equipment,the research on high-performance flexible piezoelectric materials,low-frequency heavy loadPEH and micro-PEH,stably and efficiently circuit system will be the main development tendencies in the future.
