基于循证的静脉血栓栓塞症护理预防方案的构建

Construction of Evidence-Based Nursing Prophylaxis Programme for Venous Thromboembolism

目的构建基于循证的静脉血栓栓塞症(venous thromboembolism,VTE)护理预防方案。方法﹐系统检索国内外关于VTE预防护理的高质量证据,并对纳人文献进行质量评价,对符合质量标准的文献进行证据提取和汇总。采用专家小组会议法,对构建的VTE护理预防方案进行可用性评价,最终确定循证实践方案。结果经指南质量评价,共纳入循证性指南8篇、共识性指南5篇。最终构建的VTE护理预防方案涵盖住院风险评估、人院教育,预防措施实施,出院前教育和护理文书记录等5个方面,共38条内容。结论基于循证构建的VTE护理预防方案可在临床上推广,且在实施中应结合临床情境,考虑患者的意愿。

ObjectiveTo construct the evidence-based nursing prophylaxis programme for venous throm-boembolism(VTE).Methods The high-quality evidences about VTE prevention and nursing at home andabroad were systematically searched,and the quality of the literature was evaluated,and the literature thatmet the quality standards were extracted and summarized.Using the expert group meeting method,the usa-bility of VTE nursing prevention program was evaluated,and the evidence-based practice program was fi-nally determined.ResultsTotally 8 evidence-based guidelines and 5 consensus guidelines were included inthe quality evaluation.The final nursing and prevention program of VTE contained five aspects;risk as-sessment,admission education,the implementation of preventive measures,pre-discharge education andnursing records with a total of 38 pieces of evidences.Conclusion The evidence-based method can effective-ly construct a nursing prophylaxis programme for VTE.The future implementation should be combinedwith the clinical conditions and the patient's will.
