新型经鼻导管固定装置的设计与应用效果分析

Design and Application of A New Type of Nasogastric Tube Attachment Device

目的将一种新型经鼻导管固定装置应用于外科手术后留置胃管的患者,观察其应用效果。方法便利抽样法选取2019年7—12月某三级甲等综合性医院胰腺外科符合标准的术后患着20O例,随机分为两组,每组100例,观察组使用新型经鼻导管固定装置固定胃管,对照组使用传统胶带。结果两组固定装置下胃管移位及滑脱发生率、鼻翼部皮肤损伤发生率,患者使用舒适度及临床医护操作便捷性上,观察组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论新型经鼻导管固定装置可以降低胃管移位及滑脱率,增加患者舒适性,提高医护人员工作效率。

Objective To apply a new type of nasogastric tube attachment device on patients after gastroin-testinal surgery,and observe its application effect,Methods By convenience sampling method,200postoperative patients from July 2019 to December 2019 from the Department of Pancreatic Surgery in atertiary hospital in Shanghai were recruited and randomly divided into two groups,with 100 patients ineach group.The observation group used the new nasogastric tube attachment device to fix the gastric tube,while the control group used the traditional tape.Results The clinical effect in the observation group wasmuch better than that in the control group,which including the percentage of tube slippage tube disloca-tion,skin breakdown on the wing of nose,the degree of comfort of patients and the convenience of clinicaloperation,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions The nasogastric tube at-tachment device can reduce the rate of gastric tube displacement and slippage,increase the comfort of pa-tients,and improve the work efficiency of medical staff.
