俄罗斯天才儿童补充教育的新型模式研究 被引量:5

Study on the New Model of Additional Education for Gifted Children in Russia

摘要 基于国家创新发展的总体战略,创新性人才培养成为俄罗斯教育的重要使命。创新人才从娃娃抓起、重视天才儿童教育的策略自21世纪以来越发凸显。俄罗斯政府陆续出台一系列天才儿童教育法令和国家纲要,不断完善补充教育体系,尝试依托补充教育平台创建新型的精细化天才儿童发现与培养模式。其中,全俄天才儿童教育中心"天狼星"模式备受瞩目。该中心集公平科学的选拔方式、立体全面的个性化培养、延展性关注天才儿童的职业发展、打造高水平师资队伍、以人才培养推动区域全方位创新发展于一身的有效实践成就显著。作为从娃娃开始培养创新人才的有效探索,一种能在俄罗斯被广泛复制的天才儿童补充教育的新模式已经初步形成。 Based on the strategy of national innovation and development,the cultivation of innovative talents has become an important mission of Russia.The strategy of cultivating innovating talents from children and paying attention to the education of gifted children has become more and more obvious since the new century.In this context,the Russian government has successively issued a series of gifted children education laws and national programs,constantly improving the supplementary education system,and trying to rely on supplementary education platforms to create a new and refined model for the discovery and training of gifted children.Among them,the Russian educational Center Sirius has become an example of a new type of institute of additional gifted education.It integrates the fair and scientific selection of gifted children,the comprehensive individualized training of gifted children,the professional development of gifted children,talented children’s teacher training and skill upgrading,and the regional innovation and development.These strategies have made the Russian educational Center Sirius a great success.The Practice has proved that a new model of supplementary education for gifted children——the Sirius model that can be widely replicated in Russia has taken shape.
