参苓白术散合金匮肾气丸加减治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期临床研究

Clinical Study on Modified Shenling Baizhu Powder Combined with Jin’gui Shenqi Pills for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease at Stable Stage

目的:观察参苓白术散合金匮肾气丸治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为2组各30例,对照组给予西药常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案的基础上加用参苓白术散合金匮肾气丸加减治疗,2组均治疗4周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。观察比较2组中医证候积分、肺功能、6 min步行距离及Borg呼吸困难评分等变化情况。结果:2组治疗后肺功能、中医证候积分、6 min步行距离、Borg呼吸困难评分均有改善,观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参苓白术散合金匮肾气丸治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期能有效缓解症状,提高临床疗效。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Shenling Baizhu powder combined with Jin’gui Shenqi pills for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage. Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, and the observation group was additionally treated with modified Shenling Baizhu powder combined with Jin’gui Shenqi pills based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for two courses, four weeks being a course. The changes of Chinese medicine syndrome scores, lung function, six-minute walking distances and Borg dyspnea scores in the two groups were observed and compared. Results: After treatment, the lung function, Chinese medicine syndrome scores,six-minute walking distances and Borg dyspnea scores in the two groups were all improved,and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Shenling Baizhu powder combined with Jin’gui Shenqi pills for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage can effectively relieve the symptoms and improve the clinical effect.
