中药敷脐联合耳穴贴压对急性心肌梗死便秘患者的护理研究

Study on Chinese Herbal Umbilical Dressing Combined with Auricular Point Application for Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction Complicated with Constipation

目的:观察中药敷脐联合耳穴贴压用于急性心肌梗死便秘患者护理中的效果。方法:将急性心肌梗死便秘患者52例按抽签法分2组各26例,观察组给予中药敷脐联合耳穴贴压,对照组给予常规护理,比较2组便秘症状评分、护理效果、不良反应与便秘发生率。结果:观察组排便困难、粪便性状、排便时间、下坠或不尽感、排便频率与腹胀评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组有效率为96.15%,对照组为76.92%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率及便秘发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急性心肌梗死便秘患者护理期间应用中药敷脐联合耳穴贴压能改善便秘症状且提高护理效果,减少不良反应且预防便秘。

Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese herbal umbilical dressing combined with auricular point application on nursing patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) complicated with constipation. Methods:A total of 52 AMI patients with constipation were divided into two groups according to the method of draw lots, 26 patients in each group. The observation group was given Chinese herbal umbilical dressing combined with auricular point application, and the control group was given routine nursing care. The symptom scores related to constipation, nursing effect, incidence of adverse reactions and constipation were compared between the two groups. Results: In the observation group, the scores of defecation difficulty, fecal characteristics, defecation time, straining sensation and incomplete defecation, defecation frequency and abdominal distension were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The effective rate was 96.15% in the observation group and 76.92% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions and constipation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group respectively,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:In nursing AMI patients with constipation,the therapy of Chinese herbal umbilical dressing combined with auricular point application can improve symptoms related to constipation and nursing effect,reduce adverse reactions and prevent constipation.
