基于科技型中小企业信息需求的高校图书馆精准化信息服务研究

A Research on Precise Information Service in University Library Based on Information Needs of S&T Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise

高校图书馆为企业发展提供信息服务是其发挥社会服务职能的具体表现。文章基于科技型中小企业特点,探究其信息需求内容,为高校图书馆面向科技型中小企业开展精准化信息服务工作奠定基础。采用质性研究方法,选取27位来自8家不同的科技型中小企业高层管理者进行深度访谈,就企业信息需求及所需高校图书馆信息服务获取一手数据。采用主题分析法(Thematic Analysis)为主导工具对访谈数据进行深入分析。构建了面向科技型中小企业发展的高校图书馆精准化信息服务框架,提出高校图书馆应发挥区域智库功能,逐步为科技型中小企业开展信息服务的针对性战略措施,包括:强化高校图书馆企业信息服务意识;加强区域合作,整合专门面向企业的信息资源;成立一支结构合理的企业信息服务团队;加强人才培养,提升图书馆员业务技能;争取政策支持,形成服务品牌,建立业务规范。

Information service for enterprise development provided by the university library is the specific performance of its social service function. Based on the characteristics of S&T SMEs,this paper explored their information needs,which laid the foundation for university library to carry out precise information service for S&T SMEs.Adopting qualitative research method,27 senior managers from eight different S&T SMEs were selected to take interview for obtaining first-hand data on the information needs of enterprise and information service from university library. Thematic analysis was used as a leading tool to analyze the interview data. A precise information service framework of university library for the development of S&T SMEs was constructed. Targeted strategic measures that university library should play the role of regional think tank to carry out information service for S&T SMEs were put forward,including strengthening the enterprise information service consciousness of university library;promoting regional cooperation and integrating information resources for enterprises;establishing an information service team with reasonable structure;paying attention to personnel training to improve the professional skills of librarians;striving for policy support,forming service brand,and establishing business standard.
