赣州市某医学院校医学生攻击行为与黑暗三联征现况及相互关系 被引量:5

Current Situation and Relationship Between Aggressive Behavior and Dark Triad of Medical Students in a Medical University in Ganzhou City

摘要 目的:为了解医学生攻击行为、黑暗三联征现况及相互关系,为医学生心理健康和职业素养研究提供科学依据。方法:采用Buss-Perry攻击行为问卷和黑暗十二条量表对615名医学生进行问卷调查。结果:在攻击行为方面,医学生冲动维度评分最高(17.20±3.81),不同性别医学生在攻击行为问卷总分差异不具有统计学意义;在黑暗人格方面,医学生在自恋维度评分最高(16.11±5.27);医学生黑暗三联征与攻击行为总分及各维度评分呈明显正相关(P<0.01);多元回归分析显示,黑暗人格对医学生攻击行为有预测作用。结论:医学生黑暗人格特质可以预测其攻击行为,医学院校应有针对性的开展相应教育与宣传工作。 Objective:To explore current situation and relationship between aggressive behavior and dark triad of medical students,and to provide reference for carrying out research on mental health and professionalism for medical students.Method:615 medical students were selected to be investigated with Buss-Perry aggressive questionnaire and the Chinese revised dirty dozen.Results:The results showed that the score of the impulsivity was the highest in aggressive behavior with medical students(17.20±3.81),there was no statistical significance in scores of Buss-Perry aggressive questionnaire between different genders medical students;the score of the narcissism was the highest in a dark triad with medical students(16.11±5.27),correlated with scores of dark triad of medical students were positive the scores of Buss-Perry aggressive questionnaire and different dimensions(P<0.01);the result of regression analysis showed that dark triad showed positive prediction effect on the aggressive behavior with medical students.Conclusion:Dark triads are predictor for aggressive behavior with medical students.Medial universities should carry out education and promotion work with pertinence.
