卡泊三醇联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗银屑病临床疗效的Meta分析

Efficacy of calcipotriol combined with narrow band ultraviolet B in patients with psoriasis:a Meta-analysis

目的:利用Meta分析系统评价卡泊三醇(Calcipotriol)联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗银屑病的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBMdisc)、中国知网(CNKI)、维普、万方数据库、The Cochrane Library、Pubmed、Embase、Web of Science期刊全文数据库,检索所有卡泊三醇联合NB-UVB治疗银屑病的随机对照研究,文献检索日期截止到2020年5月。对最终纳入的所有研究进行质量评价,采用Review manager 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入14个随机对照研究,有1207例银屑病患者。结果显示:与单用NB-UVB的对照组相比,卡泊三醇联合NB-UVB治疗银屑病有效率的合并检验分析结果为:Z=7.72,P<0.00001合并后的OR=3.18,95%的可信区间为[2.33,4.34]。结论:卡泊三醇联合NB-UVB与单独使用NB-UVB治疗银屑病均具有确切的疗效,而卡泊三醇联合NB-UVB的疗效更佳。

Objective:Meta-analysis was used to evaluate the efficacy of calcipotriol combined with narrow band ultraviolet B(NB-UVB)in the treatment of psoriasis.Methods:CBMdisc,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,The Cochrane Library,Pubmed,Embase,Web of Science were searched.All randomized controlled trials on calcipotriol combined with NB-UVB to treat psoriasis before May 31,2020,were retrieved.All data were evaluated using the criteria recommended by Cochrane Collaboration.The meta-analysis was performed using Review manager 5.3 software.Results:Fourteen review articles were retrieved,and 1207 patients satisfied the inclusion standard.Compared with the NB-UVB single-use group,the effective rate of the combined treatment group was Z=7.72,P<0.00001 and OR=3.18(95%CI,2.33 to 4.34).Conclusion:Calcipotriol combined with NB-UVB and the single-use of NB-UVB were both effective in the treatment of psoriasis,while the former has a better effect.
