一种应用于有机废水处理的微波强化管式系统——基于COMSOL Multiphysics的初步设计、优化与验证 被引量:1

摘要 采用数值模拟的方法,设计了一种微波强化有机废水处理系统。利用COMSOL Multiphysics将电磁场、温度场、流场、浓度场成功地耦合在一起。模型优化结果表明,管径为4.3 cm,两根波导管垂直安装时污染物去除率最高;模型验证结果表明,水力停留时间实测与模拟值匹配度为"good";废水出口温度实测与模拟值均方根误差在2.80~3.54℃之间;场强分布实测图与模拟图符合较好;对硝基苯酚出口处去除率实测值与模拟值相对误差为9.79%。数学模型可为微波强化有机废水处理反应器或化学反应器设计提供参考。 A microwave-enhanced systemin organic wastewater treatment was designed by numerical modeling. Electromagnetic field, temperature field, flow field and concentration field were coupled together by COMSOL Multiphysics. The optimization results of the model showed that the diameter of the tube and the two waveguides should be 4.3 cm and installed vertically, respectively, for the highest removal rate of pollutant. The validation results of the model show that the observed hydraulic residence time distribution curve had a "good" match with the simulated one, the root mean squire error between the simulated and the observed outlet temperature was in the range of 2.80~3.54 ℃. The observed distribution of electric field intensity had a good match with the simulated one. The relative errors of removal rate of p-nitrophenol between the observed and the simulated value at outlet were 9.79%. The numerical model in this work can provide technological and theoretical support in the development of microwave-enhanced organic wastewater treatment reactor or chemical reactor.
