A Survey on the Rural Idle Greenhouse in the T Banner of Hohhot

党的十九大报告提出的乡村振兴战略是新时代破解中国“三农问题”和实现农业农村现代化的必然选择和关键举措。呼和浩特市T旗在积极落实乡村振兴战略过程中遇到了温室大棚农业资源闲置的困境。本文采用问卷调查和深度访谈的研究方法,依托资源配置理论,从劳动力、资金、技术、市场四个维度展开调研和总结,挖掘呼和浩特市T旗温室大棚闲置的深层次原因,为化解农村闲置资源问题提供事实依据和分析视角。

The strategy of rural revitalization put forward in the report of the 19th National Congress of the CPC is the inevitable choice and key measure to solve the issues of agriculture,rural areas and rural people and realize the modernization of countryside and agriculture in the new era.The T banner of Hohhot encounters the problem of idle agricultural resources in greenhouse in the process of actively implementing the strategy of rural revitalization.This paper adopts the research methods of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,relies on the theory of resource allocation,carries out investigation and summary from four dimensions of labor,capital,technology and market,excavates the deep-seated causes of the idle greenhouse in the T banner of Hohhot,and provides a factual basis and analytical perspective for solving the problem of idle resources in rural areas.
