难治性慢性前列腺炎的治疗进展

Progress in the treatment of refractory chronic prostatitis

慢性前列腺炎是泌尿外科门诊最为常见的一种疾病,发病率较高,若没有及时正确的干预,可进展为难治性慢性前列腺炎(RCP)。RCP患者病情反复难愈,给患者带来严重的精神和经济负担。目前有关RCP的研究及报道较少,缺乏统一的治疗标准,且较难治愈。本文复习相关文献,对RCP的治疗方式进行归纳总结,为临床治疗提供一些参考。

Chronic prostatitis is the most common disease in urology clinics,with a high incidence rate.Without timely and correct intervention,it can progress to refractory chronic prostatitis(RCP).The condition of RCP patients is recurrent and difficult to heal,which brings serious mental and economic burden to patients.At present,there are few studies and reports about RCP,and the lack of a unified treatment standard is quite tricky for most urologists.This article reviews relevant literature,summarizes the treatment of RCP,and provides some references for clinical treatment.
