摘要
为满足青海油田中低温、高矿化度油藏泡沫调驱的需要,利用不同表面活性剂间的协同增效作用,研制出SRF系列泡沫剂体系。在油藏温度55℃、泡沫剂质量分数0.5%的条件下,SRF泡沫剂溶液的起始发泡体积达到溶液体积的5倍以上、泡沫半衰期达到5h以上。阻力因子测试结果表明,SRF泡沫剂使用的最佳质量分数范围为0.3%~0.5%,氮气与泡沫剂溶液的最佳比为1∶1。
In order to meet the needs of foam profile control and flooding in medium-low temperature and high salinity reservoirs in Qinghai oilfield,SRF series foam agent system was developed by using the coordination and synergism of different surfactants.At a reservoir temperature of 55℃and the mass fraction of foam agent of 0.5%,the initial foaming volume of SRF foaming agent solution reached more than 5 times and the foam half-life reached more than 5 hours.The resistance factor test result showed that the optimal mass fraction range of SRF foaming agent was 0.3%~0.5%,and the optimal gas-liquid ratio of nitrogen to foaming agent solution was 1∶1.
