摘要
在新媒体环境下,商业银行声誉对银行绩效的影响更加复杂和不可控,因此,新媒体环境下商业银行声誉成为了学者研究的热点。基于此,以江苏银行的高声誉水平为例,使用互联网数据采集工具,采集6家新媒体平台对江苏银行2016-2018年间新闻报道文本数据,综合分析了其在绿色金融、小微企业信贷和互联网金融三个业务中实现高声誉水平的成功之处,进而为我国商业银行提升声誉水平提供政策建议。
In the new media environment,the influence of commercial bank reputation on bank performance is more complex and uncontrollable.Therefore,commercial bank reputation has become a hot topic for scholars under the new media environment.Based on this,taking the high reputation level of Jiangsu Bank as an example,using Internet data acquisition tools,collecting 6 new media platforms to collect the text data of Jiangsu Bank’s news reports between 2016 and 2018,This paper comprehensively analyzes its success in achieving high reputation level in green finance,micro-enterprise credit and Internet finance,and then provides policy suggestions for commercial banks in China to improve their reputation level.
