基于脂质代谢的体质特征与冠心病发生的关系研究 被引量:8

Relationship between physical characteristics and coronary heart disease based on lipid metabolism

摘要 目的:研究脂质代谢与体质和冠心病(CHD)发生的关系。方法:选择2007—2017年在我院体检中心进行常规体检的脂代谢异常的CHD患者1 200例,其中男600例,女600例。收集体检档案中1个月内在我院心内科行冠状动脉造影检查并确诊CHD患者的病历资料,包括中医体质辨识资料、血脂水平以及年龄、性别等临床资料,对其进行分析,研究不同体质患者脂质代谢与CHD发生的关系。结果:男性群体中湿热型体质CHD的发病率最高,女性群体中气郁型体质CHD的发病率最高,在全部人群中,湿热型体质CHD的发病率最高;不同性别CHD患者中医体质类型与脂代谢水平比较有差异。结论:不同性别特征的男女群体的体质特征与脂质代谢相关,男女存在一定的差异,CHD的发生具有体质易感性,体质调理预防CHD具有一定的临床价值。 Objective: To observe the relationship between lipid metabolism and physical and coronary heart disease(CHD). Method: A total of 1 200 patients with CHD who had abnormalities in lipid metabolism at the physical examination center of our hospital from 2007 to 2017 were selected, including 600 males and 600 females. The medical records of CHD patients who were examined by coronary angiography and diagnosed in the department of cardiology in one month in the physical examination files were collected, including the data of constitution identification of traditional Chinese medicine, blood lipid level, age, gender and other clinical data. The relationship between lipid metabolism and CHD in different physical constitutions was analyzed. Result: The incidence of damp-heat type constitutional CHD was the highest among male populations, and the incidence of qi-sexual constitutional CHD was the highest among female groups. Among all populations, the incidence of damp-heat type constitutional CHD was the highest. There were differences in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) constitution type and lipid metabolism level between different genders with CHD. Conclusion: The physical characteristics of people with different gender characteristics were related to lipid metabolism. There were certain differences between male and female. The occurrence of CHD had constitution susceptibility in TCM. Constitution conditioning had a certain clinical value in preventing CHD.
