某市12岁人群氟牙症的抽样调查报告

Sampling Survey Report on Dental Fluorosis of 12-year-old Population in a City

目的了解惠州市12岁人群恒牙患氟牙症的状况,为惠州市口腔卫生保健工作提供信息支持。方法采取多阶段、分层、等容量、随机抽样的方法,抽取惠州市12岁城乡学生1232人,男女均为616人,按第四次全国口腔健康流行病学调查方案中氟牙症的调查方法和标准进行调查研究。统计分析惠州市12岁人群氟牙症的患病情况,观察记录城乡、男女的氟牙症患病率、氟牙症指数。结果惠州市12岁人群的氟牙症患病率为4.63%,氟牙症指数为0.10。城市12岁人群氟牙症的患病率明显高于农村,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.862,P=0.015)。12岁男性人群氟牙症的患病率与12岁女性人群比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.199,P=0.655)。结论惠州市12岁人群氟牙症的患病率及氟牙症指数均较低,未发现氟牙症流行。

Objective To understand the status of permanent teeth suffering from dental fluorosis in the 12-year-old population in Huizhou City,and to provide information support for the oral health care of Huizhou city.Methods A multi-stage,stratified,equal-volume,and random sampling method was adopted to select a total of 123212-year-old urban and rural students in Huizhou City,with 616 male and female students,according to the survey methods and standards of dental fluorosis in the Fourth National Oral Health Epidemiological Survey Program.Calculate and analyze the prevalence of dental fluorosis among 12-year-olds in Huizhou,observe and record the prevalence of dental fluorosis and the fluorosis index of urban and rural areas,men and women.Results The prevalence of dental fluorosis in the 12-year-old population in Huizhou was 4.63%,and the dental fluorosis index was 0.10.The prevalence of dental fluorosis among 12-yearolds in urban areas was significantly higher than that in rural areas,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.862,P=0.015).The prevalence of dental fluorosis between 12-year-old males and 12-year-old females was not statistically different(χ2=0.199,P=0.655).Conclusion The prevalence of dental fluorosis and the community fluorosis index of 12-year-old people of Huizhou City are relatively low,but not found fluorine tooth disease epidemic.
