Clinical Effect of Non-invasive High Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation in the Treatment of Infants with Neonatal Respiratory Distress Syndrome

摘要 目的探究无创高频振荡通气(nHFOV)治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿的临床疗效。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年12月期间收治的100例新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿,利用随机数字表法将患儿分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。两组患儿均给予常规治疗,在此基础上对照组患儿采用常规机械通气治疗,观察组患儿采用nHFOV治疗。对比两组患儿临床疗效、治疗前及治疗12 h后的动脉血气分析指标[动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)和氧合指数(OI)]以及并发症发生率。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,两组数据比较,P<0.05。治疗后,观察组患儿PaO2、PaCO2和OI水平明显优于对照组,两组数据比较,P<0.05。观察组患儿并发症发生率低于对照组,两组数据比较,P<0.05。结论nHFOV治疗NRDS患儿的临床疗效确切,可促进患儿血气分析指标的改善,并发症少,安全性高。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of non-invasive high frequency oscillatory ventilation(nHFOV)in the treatment of infants with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.Methods A total of 100 infants with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected.Use the random number table method to divide the children into a control group(n=50)and an observation group(n=50).Both groups of children were given conventional treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with conventional mechanical ventilation,and the observation group was treated with nHFOV.The clinical efficacy,arterial blood gas analysis indexes[arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)and oxygenation index(OI)]before treatment and 12 hours after treatment were compared between the two groups of children,and complications Incidence rate.Results The total effective rates of treatment for children in the observation group was significantly higher than those of the control group,compared the two groups of data,P<0.05.After treatment,the PaO2,PaCO2 and OI levels of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,compared the two groups of data,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,compared the two groups of data,P<0.05.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of nHFOV in the treatment of children with NRDS is definite,which can promote the improvement of blood gas analysis indexes in children,with fewer complications and high safety.
