急诊抢救联合小剂量肾上腺素治疗重症哮喘患者的临床疗效

The Clinical Effect of Emergency Rescue Combined with Low-dose Adrenaline in the Treatment of Patients with Severe Asthma

目的探讨急诊抢救联合小剂量肾上腺素治疗重症哮喘患者的临床疗效。方法选择我院2017年3月至2018年6月期间收治的86例重症哮喘患者,通过随机数字表法将其分为联合组与常规组,各43例。常规组患者进行常规急诊抢救,联合组患者在常规急诊抢救基础上联合使用小剂量肾上腺素进行治疗。分析比较两组患者的临床疗效;治疗前后心率、呼吸频率、血氧饱和度;抢救失败率。结果联合组患者的治疗总有效率高于常规组,治疗后的心率、呼吸频率、血氧饱和度改善情况明显优于常规组,抢救失败率明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对重症哮喘患者实施急诊抢救过程中联合使用小剂量肾上腺素进行治疗,可提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of emergency rescue combined with low-dose adrenaline in the treatment of patients with severe asthma.Methods 86 patients with severe asthma in our hospital from March 2017 to June 2018 were selected and divided into combinational group and conventional group by random number table method,43 cases in each group.Patients in the conventional group were given routine emergency rescue,while patients in the combinational group were treated with small dose of adrenaline on the basis of routine emergency rescue.The clinical efficacy,heart rate,respiratory rate,blood oxygen saturation before and after treatment,and rescue failure rate were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combinational group was higher than that of the conventional group,the improvement of heart rate,respiratory rate and blood oxygen saturation after treatment were significantly better than that of the conventional group,the rescue failure rate was significantly lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the emergency rescue process of patients with severe asthma,the use of low-dose epinephrine combined treatment can improve the clinical treatment effect.
