氢吗啡酮对中重度癌症疼痛患者的镇痛效果

Analgesic Effect of Hydromorphine Ketone on Patients with Moderate and Severe Cancer Pain

目的研讨氢吗啡酮对中重度癌症疼痛患者的镇痛效果。方法择取2014年7月至2018年12月我院接收并行规范化镇痛治疗的84例中重度癌症疼痛患者为观察对象,依据临床上治疗方法的不同将这些患者分别列入试验治疗组和参照治疗组,各组42例。参照治疗组患者予以硫酸吗啡控释片进行镇痛治疗,试验治疗组患者予以氢吗啡酮进行镇痛治疗。评比两组患者临床镇痛效果、用药不良反应发生率及治疗后的生存质量评分。结果试验治疗组患者临床镇痛治疗的总有效率、用药不良反应发生率、治疗后的生活质量评分均优于参照治疗组,两组数据比较,P<0.05。结论选择氢吗啡酮对中重度癌痛患者实施镇痛治疗,能够取得较理想的镇痛效果,并有利于减少用药不良反应,使患者生存质量显著提升。

Objective To investigate the analgesic effects of hydromorphine ketone on patients with moderate and severe cancer pain.Methods We selected 84 patients with moderate and severe cancer pain who were accepted by our hospital from July 2014 to December 2018 and were treated with the treatment of standardized analgesia as the observation objects,according to different clinical treatment methods,these patients were included in the experimental treatment group and the reference treatment group,with 42 cases in each group.Patients in the reference treatment group were given morphine sulfate controlled-release tablets for analgesia,and patients in the experimental treatment group were given hydromorphine ketone for analgesia.The clinical analgesic effect,the incidence of drug adverse reactions and the quality of life score after treatment were evaluated between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical analgesia,the incidence of adverse drug reactions,and the quality of life scores after treatment in the experimental treatment group were better than those in the reference treatment group.The comparison of the two groups'data,P<0.05.Conclusion The choice of hydromorphine ketone for the analgesic treatment of patients with moderate and severe cancer pain,can achieve better results,and is conducive to reduce adverse reactions,s o that the quality of life of patients significantly improved.
