舒适护理对择期剖宫产产妇术后舒适度及疼痛的影响

Effect of Comfortable Nursing on Postoperative Comfort and Pain in Parturients Undergoing Elective Cesarean Section

目的探究择期剖宫产产妇应用舒适护理后对其术后舒适度及疼痛的影响。方法选取2016年7月至2018年9月期间来我院行择期剖宫产术的106例产妇为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将产妇分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组产妇接受常规护理,观察组产妇应用舒适护理。比较两组产妇护理前后舒适度、术后疼痛度以及不良妊娠结局。结果护理后,观察组产妇简化舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分,术后6、24、48 h视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,产后不良妊娠结局发生率均优于对照组,两组数据比较,P<0.05。结论在择期剖宫产手术过程中,通过对产妇展开舒适护理干预,可充分促进其舒适度的提高,大大减轻疼痛,减少不良妊娠结局的发生。

Objective To explore the influence of comfort nursing on postoperative comfort and pain of parturients undergoing elective cesarean section.Methods A total of 106 cases of parturients who came to our hospital for elective cesarean section from July 2016 to September 2018 were selected as the research objects,and the parturients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,53 cases each.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comfort nursing.Comparing the comfort level before and after nursing,postoperative pain level and adverse pregnancy outcome of the two groups of parturients.Results After nursing,the observation group’s maternal simplified comfort scale(GCQ)score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score at 6,24,and 48 h postoperatively,the incidence of postpartum adverse pregnancy outcomes were better than those of the control group.Comparison of the two groups of data,P<0.05.Conclusion In the process of elective cesarean section,the comfort nursing intervention for the parturients can fully promote the improvement of her comfort,greatly reduce the pain and reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
