健康教育在2型糖尿病合并高血压患者护理中的价值

The Value of Health Education in Nursing Care of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension

目的探讨健康教育在2型糖尿病合并高血压患者护理中的价值。方法60例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者均于我院2018年2月至2019年11月接受收治,采用随机方法将其分为对照组(n=30,常规护理方法)和观察组(n=30,常规护理基础上采用健康教育方法)。比较两组患者对相关疾病知识的知晓率和护理效果。结果护理后,观察组患者对相关疾病知识的知晓率和护理效果明显高于对照组,两组数据比较,P<0.05。结论2型糖尿病合并高血压患者应用健康教育,能够引起患者对疾病的重视,通过提高相关疾病知识知晓率,可以改善患者的空腹血糖、血压。

Objective To explore the value of health education in the care of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension.Method A sample of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to November 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=30,conventional nursing method)and observation group(n=30,health education method based on conventional nursing)by random method.The awareness rate and nursing effect of the two groups of patients on related diseases were compared.Results After nursing,the awareness rate and nursing effect of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The comparison of the two groups'data was P<0.05.Conclusion The application of health education for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension can arouse the attention of patients to the disease,and improve the fasting blood glucose and blood pressure of patients by increasing the awareness of related diseases.
