预见性护理在肝癌手术后康复期患者中的应用价值

Application Value Analysis of Predictive Nursing in the Convalescent Patients after Liver Cancer Operation

目的研究预见性护理在肝癌手术后康复期患者中的应用价值。方法选择2017年6月至2020年4月在我院接受肝癌手术且自愿参加研究的70例患者为对象,按照抽签方式将患者均分为对照组35例、观察组35例。对照组患者的护理方式为常规护理,观察组患者的护理方式为预见性护理,比较两组患者的护理结局。结果观察组患者术后4 h、术后12 h、术后24 h、术后48 h的疼痛评分明显比对照组低,疼痛明显较轻;比较两组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间、排便时间、首次下床活动时间,观察组的时间均较对照组短(P<0.05)。结论为肝癌手术后康复期患者应用预见性护理,可减轻患者的疼痛程度,缩短患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间、排便时间、首次下床活动时间,对患者的预后具有重要意义,效果明显优于常规护理,临床具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To study the application value of predictive nursing in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma in the recovery period after surgery.Method Select 70 patients who underwent liver cancer surgery in our hospital from June 2017 to April 2020 and volunteered to participate in the study.According to the lottery method,the patients were divided into control group 35 cases and observation group 35 cases.The nursing method of patients in the control group was conventional nursing,and the nursing method of patients in the observation group was predictive nursing.The nursing outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results The pain scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group at 4 h,12 h,24 h,and 48 h after surgery,and the pain was significantly lighter.The bowel sound recovery time,exhaust time,defecation time,and time of first getting out of bed to motion were all shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of predictive care for patients in the rehabilitation period after liver cancer surgery can reduce the pain of the patient,shorten the recovery time of bowel sounds,exhaust time,defecation time,and time of first getting out of bed to motion,which is of great significance to the patient’s prognosis,the effect is significantly better than conventional nursing,and it has high clinical application value.
