预见性干预对老年冠心病心绞痛患者护理满意度与遵医行为依从度的影响

Effect of Predictive Intervention on Nursing Satisfaction and Compliance of Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

目的分析预见性干预对老年冠心病心绞痛患者护理满意度与遵医行为依从度的影响。方法选取2018年8月至2019年11月我院收治的老年冠心病心绞痛患者86例为研究对象,随机单双数法分为对照组(43例,常规护理)和观察组(43例,预见性干预)。对比两种不同干预方法后患者护理满意度和依从度状况。结果观察组患者护理满意度[97.67%(42/43)]高于对照组[83.72%(36/43)],差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.290,P<0.05);观察组护理依从度[97.67%(42/43)]高于对照组[81.39%(35/43)],差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.543,P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者生活质量评分高与对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年冠心病心绞痛患者进行预见性干预后,患者护理满意度、尊医行为依从度更高,生活质量改善明显。

Objective Analyze the effect of predictive intervention on nursing satisfaction and compliance of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Method A total of 86 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects.Random odd and even numbers were divided into control group(43 cases,routine care)and observation group(43 cases,predictability intervention).Compare the patient's care satisfaction and compliance status after two different intervention methods.Result The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group[97.67%(42/43)]was higher than that of the control group[83.72%(36/43)],the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.290,P<0.05);the nursing compliance degree of the observation group[97.67%(42/43)]was higher than the control group[81.39%(35/43)],the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.543,P<0.05);after the intervention,the observation group had a higher quality of life score than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the predictive intervention of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,the patients'satisfaction with care and compliance with doctors'behaviors were higher,and the quality of life improved significantly.
