支气管扩张合并支气管哮喘患者的护理要点分析

Analysis of Nursing Points of Patients with Bronchiectasis Complicated with Bronchial Asthma

目的了解支气管扩张合并支气管哮喘患者的护理要点。方法选择我院2017年4月至2018年5月收治的80例支气管扩张合并支气管哮喘患者,随机分为对照组与试验组,每组40例。对照组患者给予普通护理,试验组患者实施全面护理干预。比较两组患者护理满意度、护理前后呼吸功能指标及动脉血气分析指标、症状持续时间、住院时间、并发症发生率。结果试验组患者护理满意度比对照组更高,P<0.05。护理后,试验组患者用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积、动脉血氧分压、动脉血二氧化碳分压改善幅度较对照组更大,P<0.05。试验组患者症状持续时间、住院时间均短于对照组,P<0.05。试验组患者并发症发生率较对照组更低,P<0.05。结论支气管扩张合并支气管哮喘患者实施全面护理干预可获得良好的效果,可有效缩短症状持续时间、住院时间,并改善患者的呼吸功能指标、血气分析指标,有效提高患者对于护理服务的满意度,并降低并发症的发生率。

Objective To understand the main nursing points of patients with bronchiectasis complicated with bronchial asthma.Methods Eighty patients with bronchiectasis complicated with bronchial asthma treated in our hospital from April 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given general nursing,while patients in the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction,respiratory function index,arterial blood gas analysis index,symptom duration,hospital stay and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in one second,arterial partial pressure of blood oxygen and arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the experimental group were more improved than those in the control group(P<0.05).The duration of symptoms and hospitalization in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with bronchiectasis complicated with bronchial asthma can achieve good results,which can effectively shorten the duration of symptoms and hospital stay,and improve the respiratory function index and arterial blood gas analysis index of the patients,effectively improve patients'satisfaction with nursing services and reduce the incidence of complications.
