Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Patients with Benign Thyroid Tumor after Resection

目的探讨综合护理对甲状腺良性肿瘤切除术后护理的效果。方法选取我院2019年1月至2020年1月行甲状腺良性肿瘤切除术患者68例,以随机数字表法将患者分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予综合护理,对比两组患者术后疼痛感受、并发症发生率及住院时间、生活质量评分。结果研究组术后疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术前生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组术后生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺良性肿瘤切除术后采取综合护理措施对患者进行护理,有利于提高患者术后恢复质量,减少患者术后疼痛感受,降低并发症发生率,更有利于提高患者术后生活质量,是具有较高价值的护理措施。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing care on patients with benign thyroid tumor after resection.Methods Sixty-eight patients with benign thyroid tumor were selected from January 2019 to January 2020.The patients were divided into two groups by random number table.The control group was given routine nursing and the study group was given comprehensive nursing,postoperative pain perception,complication rate,length of stay and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative pain score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the postoperative complication rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the hospitalization time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,there was a significant difference(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the preoperative quality of life scores between the two groups;the postoperative quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion To adopt comprehensive nursing measures for patients after thyroidectomy is beneficial to improve the quality of postoperative recovery,reduce postoperative pain,and reduce the incidence of complications,it is more beneficial to improve the quality of life of patients after operation and is a nursing measure with high value.
