综合护理对直肠癌低位保肛术后的效果

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Rectal Cancer after Low Anus Preserving Operation

目的了解综合护理对直肠癌低位保肛术后的效果。方法将我院2017年1月至2019年1月的100例直肠癌低位保肛术患者,随机分组,常规的护理服务组给予一般护理,综合化的护理服务组开展综合护理。比较两组满意度;直肠癌低位保肛术后住院时间、直肠癌低位保肛术后疼痛持续时间以及抗生素应用量;护理前后直肠癌患者生存质量水平以及应激心理状态;直肠癌低位保肛术并发症概率。结果综合化的护理服务组满意度、直肠癌患者生存质量水平以及应激心理状态、直肠癌低位保肛术后住院时间、直肠癌低位保肛术后疼痛持续时间以及抗生素应用量、直肠癌低位保肛术并发症概率对比常规的护理服务组有优势,P<0.05。综合化的护理服务组出现1例,常规的护理服务组出现了8例,综合化的护理服务组直肠癌低位保肛术并发症概率更少,P<0.05。结论直肠癌低位保肛术患者实施综合护理效果确切。

Objective To understand the effect of comprehensive nursing on rectal cancer after low anus preservation operation.Methods Hundred patients with rectal cancer who underwent low anus preservation from January 2017 to January 2019 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The routine nursing service group was given general nursing care,and the comprehensive nursing service group was given comprehensive nursing care.Comparing the satisfaction of two groups;hospitalization time,pain duration and antibiotic usage after low anus-preserving operation for rectal cancer;quality of life and stress state of rectal cancer patients before and after nursing;and the probability of complications after low anuspreserving operation for rectal cancer.Results Comparing with the routine nursing service group,the comprehensive nursing service group had advantages in satisfaction,quality of life and stress state of rectal cancer patients,hospitalization time after low anuspreserving operation for rectal cancer,duration of pain after low anuspreserving operation for rectal cancer,amount of antibiotics used,and probability of complications after low anus-preserving operation for rectal cancer,P<0.05.There were 1 case in the comprehensive nursing service group and 8 cases in the routine nursing service group.The incidence of complications of low anuspreserving operation for rectal cancer in the comprehensive nursing service group was less than that in the routine nursing service group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing for rectal cancer patients undergoing low anuspreserving operation is accurate.
