慢性乙型肝炎护理健康教育的方式及效果研究

Study on the Method and Effect of Nursing Health Education for Chronic Hepatitis B

目的了解慢性乙型肝炎护理健康教育的方式及效果。方法将我院2016年2月至2018年1月的70例慢性乙型肝炎患者,随机分组,给予对照组一般护理,给予观察组健康教育。比较两组患者的满意情况、护理前后肝功能TBIL、AST、ALT的监测水平、对于疾病知识的了解程度、住院时间、在慢性乙型肝炎治疗配合度方面的评分、不良事件的发生率。结果在患者的满意情况、护理前后肝功能TBIL、AST、ALT的监测水平、对于疾病知识的了解程度、住院时间、在慢性乙型肝炎治疗配合度方面的评分、不良事件的发生率方面,观察组均显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论慢性乙型肝炎患者实施健康教育效果确切,其应用可有效提升患者对疾病的了解,并提高患者对于临床治疗的配合度,缩短住院的时间。

Objective To understand the methods and effects of nursing health education for chronic hepatitis B.Methods Seventy patients with chronic hepatitis B in our hospital from February 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into groups and were given general care in the control group and health education in the observation group.The satisfaction of the two groups of patients,the monitoring level of liver function TBIL,AST,and ALT before and after nursing,the understanding of disease knowledge,the length of hospitalization,the score of the degree of cooperation in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B,and the incidence of adverse events were compared.Result The results were observed in terms of patient satisfaction,monitoring levels of liver function TBIL,AST,and ALT before and after nursing,understanding of disease knowledge,length of stay in hospital,scores for cooperating with chronic hepatitis B treatment,and incidence of adverse events,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of health education for patients with chronic hepatitis B is definite,and its application can effectively improve the patient's understanding of the disease,improve the patient's coordination with clinical treatment,and shorten the hospital stay.
