Objective To investigate the clinical effect of obstetric nursing intervention on premature rupture of membranes in pregnant women. Methods October 2016 to October 2018 in our hospital for premature rupture of membranes obstetrical maternal according to diagnosis screening of 200 cases of patients,it is divided into two groups of convenient contrast, two groups respectively to carry out the routine nursing instruction of routine nursing intervention group(n=100)and obstetric nursing intervention group that develops obstetric nursing based on routine nursing(n=100),observation and evaluation the nursing effect of two groups.Result Comparison results of neonatal dystocia rate and asphyxia rate between groups:the obstetric nursing intervention group had better birth outcomes than the conventional care intervention group, and the statistical difference was significant at P<0.05.Comparison of maternal clinical nursing satisfaction:the total satisfaction of the conventional nursing intervention group was 85.00%,significantly lower than that of the obstetric nursing intervention group(97.00%).Comparison of nursing satisfaction between groups P<0.05 was statistically significant. Conclusion It is worthy of recommendation to use clinical obstetric nursing methods to reduce the premature rupture of membranes that is prone to occur in the process of childbirth, resulting in dystocia and neonatal asphyxia,to avoid adverse outcomes and improve the nursing satisfaction of premature rupture of membranes.
